Global smartphone brand Infinix has opened its first global flagship concept store in Bali, Indonesia, combining product displays with coffee, interactive installations and creative activities.

Unveiled on October 31, the store introduces a new retail format within parent company Transsion Holdings’ brand portfolio. It reflects Infinix’s “Joy Tech” philosophy, which places everyday enjoyment and creative experiences alongside technology and performance.

The space features reflective metallic surfaces, digital visuals and a robotic-arm installation. Visitors can explore smartphones from the NOTE 60 and HOT 70 series, alongside the GT 50 Pro. The store also showcases connected products, including ZCLIP 2 Pro clip-on earbuds, SPACE Max wireless headphones and XEnergy portable power stations.

The layout follows what Infinix calls its “1+2+X” retail concept. This combines a core technology experience with two signature elements: the robotic-arm installation and n_x, the company’s locally developed coffee brand. An evolving programme of activities and collaborations makes up the remaining component.

Through gaming, music, sports and interactive content, Infinix plans to give visitors reasons to spend time in the store beyond browsing devices. The company also intends to work with artists, musicians and other creative talents on original content and experiences, while inviting customers to contribute through participation and feedback.

New displays, collaborations and lifestyle activities are planned over time to keep the space relevant to returning visitors.

The Bali opening forms part of a wider retail expansion. Infinix plans to open five additional flagship stores across Indonesia this year and is exploring similar concepts in other markets. Future locations will be adapted to local cultures and consumer preferences, rather than directly replicating the Bali store.
