Dhaka : Grameenphone, in partnership with Grameen HealthTech Ltd. (GHL), has introduced digital healthcare services for Grameenphone\u2019s Distribution House Field Forces and Grameenphone Center (GPC) Agents through the Shukhee Digital Healthcare App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The initiative is part of Grameenphone\u2019s ongoing efforts to support the health and wellbeing of its frontline teams, reflecting its broader commitment to caring for the people who play an important role in serving customers across the country and making essential healthcare services more accessible through digital technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under the initiative, Distribution House Field Forces and GPC Agents will have access to 24\/7 free doctor consultations all year round through the Shukhee app. They will also receive digital prescriptions after consultations, up to 40% discount on home lab tests, and up to 10% discount on online medicine purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mohammad Shareef Mahmood Khan, Head of Sales & Distribution at Grameenphone, and Mohammad Solaimun Rasel, Chief Business Officer and Chief Technology Officer (CBTO) of Grameen HealthTech Ltd. (GHL), recently signed the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Grameenphone Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Farha Naz Zaman and Chief Product Officer (CPO) Solaiman Alam attended the signing ceremony. From GHL, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui was also present. During the ceremony, GHL CBTO demonstrated the real-time impact and use of Shukhee\u2019s primary healthcare services across its app, web, and IVR call center channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
