Together, we will advance joint technology development, complement each other’s strengths, and co-create an ecosystem of seamless and intelligent mobility experiences that enrich every journey and help usher in a new paradigm of smart living,” said James Li, CEO of HONOR.
HONOR and BYD first collaborated in 2023 to introduce NFC car keys, allowing BYD vehicle owners to lock and unlock their cars with HONOR smartphones. The partnership expanded in 2024 with the introduction of in-vehicle fast charging, and in 2025, they launched HONOR Car Connect, which is now being used by Denza and will soon be available across additional BYD brands.
As the partnership continues to grow, both companies are committed to developing new features like phone-to-car connectivity and digital keys, which are expected to make mobility more convenient and safer for everyone.
