· ·গত ১৫ জুলাই ঢাকা পরিবহন সমন্বয় কর্তৃপক্ষ (ডিটিসিএ)-এর সভাকক্ষে বাংলাদেশে সড়ক নিরাপত্তার আচরণগত ঝুঁকি, বিদ্যমান নীতি ও আইন বাস্তবায়নের চ্যালেঞ্জ ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে একটি মতবিনিময় সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভায় সড়ক নিরাপত্তার আচরণগত ঝুঁকি হ্রাসে বিদ্যমান নীতি ও আইনের ঘাটতি দূর করার পাশাপাশি সংশ্লিষ্ট সরকারি সংস্থাগুলোর সমন্বিত ও কার্যকর উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ অপরিহার্য বলে অংশগ্রহণকারীগণ মত প্রকাশ করেন।উক্ত সভায় সড়ক ও জনপথ অধিদপ্তর (সওজ), ডিটিসিএ, সিআইপিআরবি-এর রোড সেফটি টিম এবং রোড সেফটি কোয়ালিশন বাংলাদেশ এর প্রতিনিধিরা অংশগ্রহণ করে তাদের মতামত ও সুপারিশ তুলে ধরেন।A consultation meeting on behavioral risk factors in road safety and the implementation of existing policies and laws was held on July 15, 2026 at the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA). In the meeting, participants emphasized the need to address gaps in existing policies and laws while strengthening coordinated action among relevant government agencies to reduce behavioral risk factors.Representatives from the Roads and Highways Department (RHD), DTCA, CIPRB, and the Road Safety Coalition Bangladesh (RSCB) participated in the meeting and shared their recommendations.
