BRAC Bank opens Digital Service Centre in Gulshan for 24/7 service

Dhaka : BRAC Bank has inaugurated a Digital Service Centre on Gulshan Avenue in Dhaka, reinforcing its commitment to delivering convenient, technology-driven banking services around the clock.
The new self-service centre styled BRAC Bank Fast Track operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, enabling customers to access essential banking services at their convenience. Located in the prominent commercial hub of North Gulshan and equipped with two Cash Recycling Machines (CRMs) and one Automated Teller Machine (ATM), the centre offers cash withdrawals, cash deposits, fund transfers, and other services.
To enhance the customer experience, a dedicated Digital Ambassador will assist visitors with digital account opening, the Astha app through Astha Sheba, and provide guidance on deposit and loan products during banking hours, helping customers make the most of BRAC Bank’s digital banking solutions.
The landmark facility reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to customer-centric innovation, automated transaction diversion, and aggressive growth in Current Account and Savings Account mobilisation.
Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director & CEO, BRAC Bank, formally inaugurated the centre at Ventura Avenue in Gulshan 2 on July 6, 2026.
Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Branch Distribution Network; Nazmur Rahim, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Alternate Banking Channels; Taher Hasan Al Mamun, Senior Zonal Head, Branch Distribution Network; along with other senior officials of the bank were also present.

By seamlessly shifting high-volume daily transactions to automated platforms, we are not only providing our customers with banking flexibility but also unlocking the true potential of our Digital Ambassador.
