To celebrate World Music Day 2026, the country’s premier cultural organization, Dhaka University Cultural Foundation (DUCF), will perform a magnificent musical evening on June 27, 2026 (Saturday). The delegation will perform at the exclusive invitation of Artist Club Limited during their signature weekly evening program, “Shondhya Prodeep”. The grand event will take place at the Artist Club Lounge located at House #56, Road #18 Extension, Block #J, Banani, Dhaka. The Chief Guest of the evening will be H. E. Mr. Jean-Marc Séré-Charlet, Ambassador of France to Bangladesh, whose gracious presence underscores the deep cultural bonds and international harmony celebrated through the universal language of music. The event is scheduled to run from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the main session commencing at 7:30 PM. The organizers have revealed that the talented artists of DUCF plan to craft an interactive and deeply immersive Musical Mehfil, blending seamlessly with the audience. The evening promises an ethereal curation of both harmonious chorus sets and soul-stirring solo performances designed to offer an unforgettable cultural experience. Founded in 2008, DUCF selected its core team of 110 exceptionally gifted youths through a rigorous, university-wide competitive talent hunt at the University of Dhaka. Crossing domestic boundaries, the troupe has proudly flown the flag of Bangladeshi culture overseas, garnering immense international praise by performing at key International Mother Language Day events across various states in the USA, Bangkok (Thailand), Delhi and Kolkata (India), Paris (France), and Bonn and Frankfurt (Germany). Over the years, many DUCF alumni have successfully carved out stellar careers in mainstream electronic and print media, the national music industry, acting, and various executive corporate leadership roles. While entry is open to music enthusiasts and patrons, seating is strictly limited due to the venue’s exclusive lounge capacity. Attendees, media representatives, and invited guests are urged to collect their invitation letters and reserve their seats in advance by contacting the reservation hotline at +880 1677-330386. Artist Club Limited President Sujit Mustafa and Secretary General Maruf Kabir have cordially invited music lovers, cultural personalities, diplomats, media representatives, and distinguished guests to attend this special celebration of World Music Day.-PRESS RELEASE Post Views: 5 Post navigation Samsung Mobile wins 4 awards at the prestigious 9th Digital Marketing Award BAT Bangladesh appoints Raiyan Ahmed as Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion
