Southwest Florida volunteer Gary Weinstein is currently deployed to Guam as a Red Cross Safety Officer, helping protect disaster responders as they support communities recovering from Super Typhoon Bavi. From evaluating risks in the field to ensuring volunteers can safely carry out their mission, Gary’s dedication helps make lifesaving relief possible. After nearly nine years of service and deployments to disasters nationwide, he continues to answer the call when help is needed most.
