Coca-Cola Bangladesh, one of the country’s leading beverage companies, has announced the appointment of Laila Farzana as Director – Front Line Marketing. Laila brings over 16 years of experience in marketing, media, digital transformation, trade marketing, and category management across some of Bangladesh’s leading consumer-focused organizations. Prior to joining Coca Cola Bangladesh, she served as DMC (Digital Marketing, Media, and dCommerce) Lead at Unilever Bangladesh, where she led the company’s Digital Marketing, Media, and dCommerce functions across brands, anchoring the governance of the organization’s media investment. Over the course of an eight-year career at Unilever, Laila held several leadership positions spanning category management, customer marketing, and media, driving data-led growth strategies and building iconic brands. Earlier in her career, she held marketing and trade leadership roles at Grameenphone, Banglalink, and Swisscontact-Katalyst. Laila is recognized for her strategic marketing expertise, consumer-centric approach, and ability to build brands through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
